Moving in

We are glad you have chosen Loch Haven as your new home. We look forward to meet you!
As a new homeowner, there are a few important pieces of information that should have been disclosed to you at settlement.
Loch Haven is organized as a Homeowners Club (Loch Haven Club Inc.), and while we are not a typical HOA, we are still responsible of the upkeep of the common grounds and other issues that affect the neighborhood as a whole. Membership to the club is mandatory and as of July of 2018, the annual dues are $50 per household.
Billing is generated at the end of February and invoices are due at the end of March. Overdue invoices are subject to finance charges and interest.
The club is governed by the Board of Directors. The directors are volunteer neighbors that have taken their turn to help out. The Board is always looking for people to help and get involved and we appreciate if you can volunteer a bit of your time to help the community.
There are 2 general meetings a year, and monthly Board meetings. All information about what happens in those meetings will be posted in the member's area of the website.
Announcements are posted at the entrance of the neighborhood, and broadcasted by email. Make sure you whitelist our domain (@lochhavenclubinc.com) to make sure you don't miss any important notification.
We look forward to getting to know you!

Moving out

We are always sad to see people move out, some of our neighbors have been here for over 30 years, many are original owners. But we understand life happens and needs change and with our best regards we wish you the best of luck in your new place.
Before you list your house though, you will need to make sure you are clear to sell by the Board of Directors. Get in contact with us and ask for an status of your account, just to make sure there are no balances. Let your realtor and settlement company know they need to be in contact with us.
We do want your selling experience to be a smooth one and will work diligently with you and your selling team to make sure all the paperwork is done in time for settlement.
